How To Become Limitless

I've been thinking about this question a lot lately: how do I release the invisible shackles that always keep me from reaching the next level in my life?

Throughout this article, I'll uncover the answers I've been learning through my own soul growth journey.

You and I have both been inundated with conditioning from the moment we were born. This has shaped our current perceptions, beliefs, and behaviors about our potential to succeed.

To become limitless is to understand the barriers we find ourselves against, then coach and nurture ourselves to a place where we can detach from those limiting patterns.

It's my passion to help others peel back the layers to uncover what is keeping you limited, and support you to a place where you are thriving, so I hope you find this information stimulating and empowering!

Conditioning 101

Conditioning refers to the process by which a person's beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors are shaped by their previous experiences, particularly those that have been repeated over time, or those that have a strong emotional charge.

While some conditioning may serve you and keep you safe (not all influence is bad influence, after all!), other times it may limit you from realizing your full potential and living a life of purpose, joy, and abundance.

In the context of these limitations that we place on ourselves, conditioning can occur when a you repeatedly receive negative feedback or experience negative outcomes, and that creates an energetic imprint affecting your thoughts, emotions, and even on a cellular and DNA level.

This consistent negative feedback reinforces and strengthens that limiting belief over time, until that's all you're ever expecting to experience.

For example, if someone has a limiting belief that they are not good enough to succeed in their career because they had a teacher that always put them down in school, they may attract more of these experiences on an unconscious level.

These kinds of experiences can condition you to automatically believe that you are not capable of success, even in situations where you may be perfectly capable.

The reason is because our brains LOVE to predict things, and it does this using information it has already experienced. It comes down to safety and survival - if you try something new, you might fail and die. Sounds dramatic, I know, but that's literally the biochemical signal you're brain is sending to your body. Just sayin'.

Because conditioning can be difficult to overcome, it takes bringing these limitations to the light of consciousness, and overcoming the fear of something new.

With intentional effort and willingness to challenge these beliefs, it is possible to break free from the old pattern and develop a more positive and empowering belief system.

How Can I Tell if This is Affecting Me?

Your conditioning can manifest in various ways, such as self-doubt, fear, shame, guilt, and self-sabotage. Do any of these sound familiar to you?!

You may believe that you’re not good enough, smart enough, or worthy enough to pursue your dreams or express yourself authentically. You may find yourself comparing yourself to others and feel inadequate or insecure. Especially with social media in our faces all day every day, this is an easy trap to fall into.

These can all be signs that you are holding onto past traumas or negative experiences that are preventing you from moving forward and creating a fulfilling life.

How to Become Limitless

Don't despair, I have great news! YOU have the power to break free from your conditioning and create a new reality that aligns with your deepest desires and unique gifts.

In energy healing terms, we work on releasing the energetic imprint of these major and micro traumas and create a new imprint for the energetic match to feeling satisfied, successful, and at peace. You can learn to do this yourself in my Activate Your Inner Healer Course.

  1. The first step is to become aware of your conditioning and how it affects you. You can do this by exploring your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and questioning their origin and validity.

  2. The second step is to do deep inner work, which involves healing past wounds, releasing limiting beliefs, and discovering your true essence. There are various modalities that can support you with this, two of my favorites are Reiki and Human Design, which I’ll share more about below.

  3. Get support! I can't emphasize this enough. As much as I'm a proponent for taking responsibility for you own actions and "healing yourself", we all need others to hold the space for us to uncover the deepest shadows. Make sure you are working with someone you feel comfortable with, trust, and who is capable of holding space for you. Reach out to me if you want to explore working with me on this level.

  4. Monitor your results. How are things shifting in your life as a result of this work? Modify your strategy as many times as you need until you find what works!

I want to note here that there is no one-size-fits-all model or framework that will work for every single person when it comes to releasing limiting patterns.

In fact, it will likely take several methods, modalities, or techniques together to help you get the results you’re looking for.

This is why we call it a PRACTICE and a JOURNEY! Once you have awareness of these beliefs, and how they’re affecting your behavior, which in turn is affecting your life satisfaction, you have the opportunity to shift. The more consistent you are with this practice, the faster you'll see results. Trust me, I know from experience!!

My Most Recommended Tools

By combining modalities that include self-reflection, meditation, journaling, and other mindfulness practices, you can cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself, your place in the world, and achieve your purpose.

Regardless of what tools you choose to use, creating some kind of daily practice will be key in you success! I go through this in depth here.

1. Human Design is a system that combines Astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, and quantum physics to provide a blueprint of your energetic makeup and life purpose.

3. Breathwork, mindfulness, and embodiment practices.
